A 27-year-old male presented with an asymptomatic raised lesion above the upper lip since one month. On examination he had a firm skin-colored dermal nodule about 8mm in diameter above the right angle of the mouth [Figure - 1]. The papule was freely mobile, nontender and free from underlying structures. Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections of excision biopsy are shown in [Figure - 2][Figure - 3][Figure - 4].
