Abstract
In a purely clinical unbiased study, fifty patients' with multifocal extensive, vitiligo were given oral clofazimine therapy for six months and another fifty patients were kept as controls. All the patients were exposed to sunrays for thirty minutes daily. Significantly more patients in the treated group developed pigmentation of the patches compared to the, control group. But,the pigment dis appeared soon after stopping the treatment. It may be tried in extensive multifocal vitiligo cases only where known therapeutic agents are not effective.Fulltext Views
