Abstract
A 70-year-old male presented with recurrent ulceration on lower leg, extensors of forearms, arms, forehead and elbows with cigrette paper scarring. Palatal and nasal septal perforations, sudden blindness in one eye, hepatosplenomegaly, anterior bowing and thickening of tibia (sabre tibia) werepresent. VDRL and TPHA were positive.
