Abstract

An Iranian patient suffering -from active tuberculosis and disseminated cutaneous leishmaniasis is presented. The influence of one disease which probably caused a defective cellular immunity in deciding the widespread dissemination of another disease is pointed out. The problems and method so treatment in such cases are also discussed.
