AbstractA 50-year-old man had dyschromatosis universalis hereditaria manifesting as asymptomatic macular pigmentation and depigmentation present all over the body almost since birth. There was no atrophy or telangiectasis. In addition, the patient had associated features of solar elastotic syndrome.
