AbstractA young firl who was on anti-leprosy treatment presented with exfoliative dermatitis, which was considered drug, induced. Withdrawal of the drugs resulted in EXACERBATION OF DERMATITIS amelioration of the cutaneous symptoms but subsequently she developed features of neuritis. Careful history and histopathological interpretation confirmed Type I reaction.
