Abstract
A group survey of gross deformities among 410 leprosy patients attending Leprosy treatment centre was done. The incidence of deformities observed 39.5 percent. Gross deformities are more in non-lepromatous type-27 per cent. The commonest deformity observed was claw hand. No case of wrist drop observed. Gross occular defects observed were only in eight lepers.
