AbstractA case of unilateral herpes zoster ophthalmicus (HZO) is reported with ipsilateral involvement of III, IV and VI cranial nerves which led to extra ocular muscles palsy presenting as total ophthalmopegia along with ptosis, cycloplegia and dilated non reactive pupil.
