Abstract
The shape of the nail was measured in 35 male and 35 female patients suffering from tuberculosis. The length of the nail was more and the breadth was less as compared with the normal while the L: B ratio were less than normal. The shape of the nail is cylindrical when compared with the normal. Majority of the patients were from the square and broad I group.
