Abstract
An 18 year old female had developed bilateral tops , like keloidal swelling on both ear lobes following piercing. These were treated with shave excision and cryosurgery with an indigenously developed instrument utilizing nitrous oxide as refrigernant. There has not in any recurrence of kenloid till 6 months of flow up.
