Abstract
Two adult males with Wegner's granuloma are reported with review of the literature of approximately 130 cases of Wegner's granuloma. Both cases were managed with the combined therapy of corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide without any beneficial effect. Both of them had a very volatile clinical course and died within a short time.Fulltext Views
