A young woman presented with vulval and facial papules for 5 years. On examination, symmetrical lichenified plaques with confluent and discret skin-colored papules were present on the labia majora. [[Figure - 1], Panel A] She also had multiple, firm yellow-brown-colored follicular and nonfollicular papules on the forehead and periorbital areas [[Figure - 1], Panel B]. Biopsy revealed multiple cystic enlargements, lined by two layers of low cuboidal epithelium and some comma-like ductal structures with eosinophilic material, embedded in a fibrotic stroma confirming the diagnosis of syringomas.
