AbstractA 36-year old female of grandmal epilepsy receiving phenytoin for 8 years presented with generalized asymptomatic polymorphic eruption, constitutional symptoms, lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly of 15 days duration. The patient was diagnosed as pseudolymphoma syndrome and confirmed by histopathology.
