A 62-year-old man presented with a progressive, asymptomatic swelling of the nose for 4 months. [Figure - 1]a. Since the patient originates from an endemic area of cutaneous leishmaniasis, a smear and PCR test were done confirming the presence of Leishmania parasites. Meglumine antimoniate, 20 mg/kg/day was adminstered intramuscularly for a period of 15 days with marked improvement [Figure - 1]b.
