AbstractA case had recurrent and chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis . The main immunological feature were gross T cell deficiency, anergy to common recall antigens but normal serum immunoglobulins, complement and phagocytosis. Ultimately, the multiple candida infections led to a fatal outcome.
