A 14-year-old male presented with multiple pigmented warty papules arranged in a linear fashion over the right side of the neck and right ear lobule since birth. Since the past one year, the patient noticed two skin-colored keratotic projections developing from the same lesion [Figure - 1]. Clinical and histological findings were consistent with the diagnosis of verrucous epidermal nevus with cutaneous horn.
